Note for Buyer: Because every rug is handmade, slight variations in size (up to 2-3 inches) and color may occur depending on your screen settings and natural yarn batches. This makes your rug truly one-of-a-kind.
Exchanges & Returns: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
