Shedding is entirely natural for new hand-tufted wool rugs and will diminish over time with regular vacuuming.
Spot clean immediately with a damp white cloth and mild detergent. Do not rub.
For deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is highly recommended.
If loose threads (sprouts) appear, do not pull them. Carefully trim them with scissors.

Exchanges & Returns:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping/Transit Time: 5–7 business days via reliable couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS).
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): For your convenience, all international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) where applicable. This means we cover the customs duties and import taxes upfront—you will not face unexpected fees upon delivery!
Packaging: Rugs are rolled and securely wrapped in heavy-duty, weather-resistant packaging to ensure safe transit.
