Because each rug is meticulously handmade, slight variations in color and size (up to 1-2 inches) may occur. These are not defects but rather the unique signature of the artisan who crafted your piece.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your rug!
Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom sizes and designs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping: We use reliable express couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) with tracking provided. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days once shipped.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): For our standard shipping regions, we ship on a DDP basis. This means all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us—you will not face any unexpected hidden fees upon delivery.

Yes, shedding is a natural characteristic of high-quality wool rugs. It is most noticeable in the first few weeks and will significantly decrease with regular vacuuming.

Rugs are rolled and securely packed for safe transit. If your rug has slight creases upon rolling it out, allow 3–5 days for it to lay completely flat. Placing heavy books on the corners can speed up the process.
3. Do I need a rug pad?
