Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly without a beater bar (use suction only) to maintain the pile. For minor spills, blot immediately with a clean, undyed cloth. Do not rub. Professional rug cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.
Note for Buyer: Because each rug is individually handmade, slight variations in color and size (up to 2-3%) may occur. Shedding is a normal characteristic of new, high-quality wool rugs and will diminish over time with regular vacuuming.
Exchanges & Returns: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom-sized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Courier: We use reliable express shipping (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) with full tracking provided as soon as your rug leaves our workshop.
