Note for Buyer: Because every rug is individually handcrafted, very slight variations in size, color dye lots, and carved patterns may occur. Initial shedding is completely normal for new high-quality wool rugs and will naturally subside with regular vacuuming over the first few weeks.
Returns & Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard-sized rugs within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that custom sizes and custom-colored rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
